Comparisons: there are some forms to compare two
or more things:
- When two things are equal, we use : A is as
small as B
- When two things are not equal: A is smaller
than B
A is more intelligent than B
-The superlative form is this: A is the
smallest in the world.
A is the most intelligent in the class.
- Short and saxon adjectives take the form :
-er than and the
...-est.
- Long and latin adjectives take the other form:
more ... than and the
most ...
